Accommodation for AUS-oMicS 2025 is now available.
The Conference has secured a number of discounted rooms at the Hilton and Pullman Hotels.

Accommodation is only available to be booked at the rates shown through the registration portal.
All rates are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of all taxes and charges.

Full pre-payment is required 35 days prior to check-in and bookings are non-refundable within 45 days of the conference commencing.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Rooms are not guaranteed available until 3PM on the day of check-in, though can be made available earlier in the day at the discretion of the hotel. If you wish to ensure an early check-in, you should reserve the room for the previous night.

  • If you require additional room nights not already available, please contact the conference secretariat for availability. Please note, you will be required to complete a credit card authority form upon enquiry. Changes to your booking should always be done through the conference secretariat, NOT the hotel itself.

  • Cancellation policies apply to each hotel and usually apply when cancellations are made within 45 days of arrival. Rooms cancelled within 45 days (From 3rd April 2025) of the conference will generally be charged the full price of the total accommodation booked.   • A security deposit will be held upon check in to cover any miscellaneous charges.

  • During the registration process, an icon of an envelope indicates there is no availability for accommodation at that hotel for that date. Please email ASN Events if you have any queries regarding accommodation.
